Termination and notice
The parties agree to the terms set out in Schedule A.

Rithere allows you to execute AI prompts in any application. Simply highlight text, press your custom hotkey, and Rithere processes the text with AI, replacing or appending the result directly where you are typing. It eliminates the need to copy-paste between your tools and other AIs you are using, like ChatGPT and Gemini.
Since Rithere works system-wide, there is no need for a browser extension. It works seamlessly within your browser and all other applications like Microsoft Word, Outlook, VS Code, and Slack. You don't need to install specific plugins; it just works everywhere on your system.
Yes. Every feature — custom prompts, global hotkeys, Ask, AI Chat — is free to download and use today, with no subscription, trial period or credit card. You also don't need your own API key: AI requests run through Rithere's backend, so there is nothing to buy or configure to get started.
Yes — Rithere asks you to sign in with Google the first time you open it. That account is what lets your prompts and settings sync across your devices, and it's how AI requests are authenticated so you never have to supply an API key of your own. There's no separate password to create.
Rithere runs on Google's Gemini API. Your prompt is sent to Rithere's backend, which forwards it to Gemini and returns the result — your Gemini API key is never needed or stored on your device.
